How do you ensure the freshness of my order?
Every loaf and pastry is baked to order on the morning of dispatch. we use specialized climate-controlled packaging and express shipping to ensure your items arrive with that 'just-out-of-the-oven' quality.
What is the shelf life of Atome Bakery products?
Our artisanal breads typically stay fresh for 3-5 days when stored in a cool, dry place. For longer enjoyment, we recommend slicing and freezing your bread for up to one month.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We currently ship nationwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, with free standard shipping available on all orders over $50.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Because we begin preparing our dough in advance, modifications or cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
